University of Virginia web site is a good place to find documentations and training guides about Oracle applications.
Like the US Department of transportation that you mentioned before, the University of Virginia team had used the tools of Author and Publisher in the conception of their procedures.

Posted by on 06/07 at 10:49 AMThe application that uses it is Oracle E-Business Suite R11i. The web version comes built into this, otherwise you can buy ADI as client software which connects to the e-business suite.
