Although these environments are all publicly accessible I noticed that when registering for the 18.104.22.168 instance I had to supply them with a CSI (Customer Support Identifier). According to the registration form:-
*NEW - 12/21/2006 - In order for Solution Beacon to be able to continue to provide Vision environments for public use, Oracle now requires us to ask for a Customer Support Identifier (CSI) number which can be obtained through Oracle Support.
Hopefully they’ll have an R12 Vision Instance ready to look at shortly!!
