Hi Everyone,

We have implemented the Teleservices Module for CRM Implementation. Now we want to configure certain Document Categories for documents that can be attached to Service Requests. However I am unable to locate the frontend for doing the same.

I have managed to find the table. The table is FND_DOCUMENT_CATEGORIES and FND_DOCUMENT_CATEGORIES_TL. Can anyone please guide me how do I configure Document categories from front end?
