We have Oracle GL (11i) setup for 26 countries.
Recently we added AP to 4 countries.
I have created a budget and organization in all 26 countries using Budget Mgr responsibility, ready for the new financial year.
For the 4 countries with AP, the budget is only available to Budget Mgr, and not controller/accountant/SuperUser responsibilities.
For the remaining 22 countries, the budgets are available across ALL responsibilities.
Vice versa, if i create a budget in SuperUser, the budget is not available in Budget Mgr for the 4 countries.
There are several Oracle “experts” within the organisation who strangely cannot get to the bottom of this problem, so any help would be appreciated.
