Has anyone attempted the EPB implementation yet?

I’m currently in the beggining phase of setting up the application and running into a problem creating a business area.  I’m unable to create a calendar hierarchy.  The 1st required field (folder) is blank, and I’m not sure what table this field is pulling from, to populate.

Please help.

I’ve determined the issue.

Before any setup in EPB, the Enterprise Performance Foundation (direct integration between Oracle GL and EPB) must first be accomplished.

I’ll keep you all posted on the progress.

We’re going through and creating a Business Area within EPB and just determined if you have hierarchy dimension issues in GL (i.e. multiple parents to 1 child in your value sets tables), you must 1st resolve those issues before EPB will allow you to validate and complete the creation of the Business Area.

Hi there!

Just wondering.. did u patch your way up to EPB.B or using the old EPB.A coming with the install pack? We’re trying to get an 11.5.10.2 instance to the lastest patchset lvl of EPB for a few tests.
I also wonder if 12i comes with EPB.B.. anyone knows?
