Unable to create order

When I click on Book Order button in order entry screen (In Order management super user responsibility) then following message appears.
“Order is not eligible for booking. Check workflow status for this order.”

Screen shot is there in the attached file.

Can anyone provide me the reason for this.

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue, but even oracle is not supported for this issue for me after raising SR, this is mainly workflow error, temp solution is cancel those orders, and create new sales order.
