I have a login id for solutionbeacon but i m unable to work on it.I have the Jinitiator required fot it.It only shows the responsibilities but on clicking any menu it doesn’t work.Please give me the solution

I had the same (or similar) problem when trying to access via my company network.

That turned out to be a firewall blockage.  Try checking any firewall settings first
