Hi,

I need to customize the PO Approval workflow to allow for next
level of approval(in the position hierarchy) to move sideways first, before moving up in
hierarchy as the current PO workflow doesn’t allow you to move sideways in the position approval hierarchy.

Please suggest me a way of implementing this customization.
