Hi we found a trouble using multi langage. Our base langage is English and the working langage is french.
I found in the GL interface table some old record with the status = NEW.
after research, I found that some attribute for these record was in English “Purchasing” and the other “normal” record was in french “Achats”.
In easylink, in the source LOV only the word “Achats” is visible and therefore, these records were never selected to import in GL.
I suppose the reception for them was done with the english language as session’s language.
To solve this, I asked to the accountant to shift in english, then launch easylink and at this time, “Purchasing” was visible in the LOV and the journal was successfully created.
be aware and check the table gl interface to be sure that no old records are still waiting a action.
Could you imagine a company where they are using few langages (in Belgium we can have 4) !!!!!
