Dear Members,

I found in a article released by Oracle regarding fusion stating that they are no more going to use Forms in fusion which are replaced by DHTML.

I just have a query for you all that what reporting tool we are going to use in Fusion Applications?

I suspect it should be JDeveloper.

Please give me the necessary information regarding this.

Regards & Thanks,
Arun Reddy

Hi Habib,

Thanks a lot for your valuable information.

Are there any chances to use this XML Publisher Reporting tool with 11i or Rel 12??

Regards,

Dear Arun

To use it separately, you have to download XMLP Server and Client from
Oracle Website. To use it in EBS, you have to assign a responsibility to your
user—named “XML Publisher Administrator”.

Best of luck

Hello Arun,

In Fusion they use “OADF” which is Oracle Application Development Framework.
Development can be done by using J developer as you already suggested.
There is an existing term which is Model View Controller (MVC) frame work which is using by Oracle in fusion. They use Webservices, Java Beans, JSP and JSF stuff in Fusion development.
You can search more by using OADF .
