Well was just wondering if someone could answer me. Actually I have done MBA in HR and Bachelors in Computer Science. At the same time I have experience of a couple of years in the recruitment field. Now I am thinking to undergo a ERP course, so should I go for the SAP HR or the Oracle HRMS? Can someone guide me in this aspect?
