Online Help link is not active in Self Services pages.

Hi,

We have implemented the Oracle project family pack-M (3485155) and followed the

note-302074.1.

As per the note we have applied the Consolidated Help patch-4244320

We have followed the post patching steps mention in the note. Still the online
help link is not activated any of oracle project self services pages.

pl advice.

What happens when you try to activate online help?  Are you getting an error message?  If so, please share it or provide us with the steps you are following so we can help you with this issue.

We got solution.

The ICX_HELP should be in the ICX_GLOBAL_MENU.

go to Sysadmin responsibility --> Application --> Menu-

and search for ICX_GLOBAL_MENU and check if ICX_HELP is there or not.

if not enter it and click on grant check box and bounce the apache.

then help link will available in the self service pages.
