Anybody work with application Training Management?
I couldn’t find some information about Training Plans, Budgets and Costs.

If you are referring to Oracle training Administration (later renamed to Oracle Learning Management) - part of oracle e-Business Suite then the functionalities you are referring are exclusive to the french localization of OTA/OLM.

Most of the functionality makes sense outside of France but at least in 11i it was not designed or programmed to run outside of a French localization (and business group)
