Hi,

I am working as a process and system support for IB and Service Contracts in Oracle 11.5.10. I am a part of upgrade implementations and done System Acceptance and User Acceptance Testing for more than 6 upgrades and handled end user issues relating to process and systems. I also have prior experience CRM creating service contracts, but not in Oracle environment.

I would like to know more about how to do Functional Implementation for IB and Service Contracts. So that I could change my career to the functional side.

Is there any books available about functional implementation of IB and Service Contracts?
