We are having issue after adding Responsibility to an user is not showing to user how to trouble shoot.

I think we need to flow in the steps mention in the note-565130.1

During Login Responsibilities Assigned to Users do not Appear in the Navigator Page (Doc ID 565130.1)

Change the from date to some time 08-Nov-2005
Go to system administrator -> security -> User -> define --> query for user name -> at responsibility change the begin (From) date.
