All of the eBusiness Suite documentation, including user guides, setup guides, etc., is available on Oracle Technet at the following URL:

However, you will need a MetaLink account in order to access the ETRM’s.

Thank you for a quick response, I know this link, however the one I am looking is not there (or perhaps I am not doing the right search). Let me give an example for what I am looking:

Setup Accounting Key Flexfield/GL:  Define Accounting Key Flexfield Segments
System Administrator→ Application→ Flexfields→ Key→ Segments
Description:  Use this form to Assign balancing Segment, natural account, and cost center qualifiers to the correct segments of your accounting Flexfield
structure.
