Oracle Application Support

A key contributor on the support team responsible for the day-to-day support of Oracle 11i E-Business Suite (Oracle Financials, HRMS, Advanced Collections, Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement, etc) applications.  This position will be primarily responsible for supporting the Oracle Applications in a global Oracle On-Demand environment.

Third-level Applications Support – help desk ticket analysis, issue resolution
Key liaison between IT and our internal customers for day-to-day support
Month-end Financials Close Support (AP, AR, FA, GL)
Work with Development (onshore and offshore) on Oracle Financials related CEMLIs
Key HR Process support (HRMS Core application support, HRMS Self-Service application support, issues with HRMS related CEMLIs, etc.)
Support of Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement
Function as an “analyst” for Oracle applications patch research when needed
Work with Oracle On-Demand on Service Requests resolution
Implement Application Setups during routine deployments as well as upgrades. Write setup documents using Iron Mountain’s standards and Oracle standards (AIM Methodology)


Previous implementation and/or support experience in one or more of the following Oracle eBusiness Suite modules/applications is a must:

·  Oracle Financials – Receivables, General Ledger, Payables, Assets, Advanced Collections

·  Oracle HRMS – Self Service HR,

·  Oracle Workflow Administration

·  Oracle Purchasing and iProcurement

·  Oracle Discoverer Support

·  Any prior Oracle Applications Systems Administration experience in a global (multi-org, multiple HR business groups, multi-country, multi-language, multi-currency,) support environment will be a strong plus

·  Prior exposure/experience with Oracle troubleshooting tools, such as Toad and SQL*Plus is a must. Experience with PL/SQL, UNIX, etc will be an advantage but is not a requirement


Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of prior Oracle Applications experience
