There is a parameter called “date track mode” in APIs. Can any one please let me know the different types of date track mode and the purpose of each type?

UPDATE -------------> Keep history of existing information
CORRECTION -------------> Correct existing information
UPDATE_OVERRIDE -------------> Replace all scheduled changes
UPDATE_CHANGE_INSERT -------------> Insert this change before next scheduled change.
