I am interested in setting up discoverer locally to learn it. What products do I need to download from Oracle to make this work? I am running 9i enterprise. Does this require Oracle Application Server, or would the BI Enterprise (Stand Alone) be all I need. I’m just looking for the quickest way to get started with the product for some self-paced training.

I have created a RTF file which i need to run through Oracle Applications using concurrent program
Can anybody guide me how the basic steps are to be followed like how to create XML and XDO file out of this RTF document and how about creating Concurrent program executables and concurrent Program and if executable is cerated what should be the execution type for the report?
