Allan Hooks has been implementing the leading edge of Oracle Technology for the past 18 years, including five years with Oracle Corp. He has lead the architecture, planning and development of numerous Oracle Application development, implementation and data warehousing projects. For the last five years, Mr. Hooks has been implementing Application Change Management strategies and infrastructure for Oracle ERP Applications to help Oracle Applications customers improve their internal capabilities for managing change from initial implementation and customization, through upgrades and global deployments.

His experience as project technical architect includes Oracle Parallel Server (now called RAC) projects to large Oracle Designer (CASE) Generation Projects to Oracle Distributed and Advanced Replication. He has been published in Oracle Magazine, IOUG’s Select Magazine, and presented on Distributed Database Design and ERP Change Management topics at Local, Regional and International Oracle User Group Conferences. In addition, he has instructed Data Modeling and Database Design classes for Oracle Corporation
