Designation:Audit & Accounts Officer Reporting to :Assistant Commissioner (Regional head) Period:15th April’2002 – till date Job Profile: Leading a team of 11 members for conducting Audit, Settling the retirement benefits, Consolidating the Annual Accounts of the Region, Maintaining the PF accounts of employees of the region and consolidating the Annual Accounts of PF. Keeping a check on the funds like release, expenditure and requirements on monthly basis. Audit: Leading a team of Internal Audit for Auditing of Accounts i.r.o 41 Schools under Hyderabad region in a year. Suggesting remedial measures to overcome the shortfalls and following up the audit replies and submitting Audit replies to Statutory Auditors. Accounts, Budget & Pension Settlements:
Preparing Consolidated Annual Accounts of the Vidyalaya’s & Budgetary proposals for all the 41 Schools of Hyderabad region.

Achievements: Initiated computerization of Annual Accounts, PF related works by creating a database of all the employees. A database was created for all the settled pension cases in MS- Access. Conducted a three day training programme for the office staff (approx. 45) of 41 Schools in Hyderabad on implementation of Accrual basis of accounting system. A computerized format IN (MS-Excel) of Annual Accounts was provided to all the Schools. Computerised formats were developed to issue details of PF when employees are transferred to other regions (in MS-Access).Computerised formats were developed in MS-Excel and provided to schools to submit periodical reports (like monthly accounts, PF schedules, funds requirement etc.,) to the regional office through mails. Conducted two day training programme on office Automation for 45 participants of the region (in Hyderabad and Vizag) in the month of September 2003.
