Help with Auditing changes to responsibilities

Does any one know how to enable auditing for responsibilities.
We want to get a report of whenever some one is assigned a responsibility or changed or the responsibility is removed or end-dated.

I am new to financials so detail instructiosn would be helpful.

I was told we can do it thru the financials interface or by having triggers in database on related tables.

data masking/scrubbing in Oracle Apps

Hi,
We have a requirement from our client to mask the data in the test environment of Oracle Apps 11.5.10.2.
Could anyone please tell me what are the steps to mask data in the following modules:

1. HRMS Core.
2. Financials Suite.
3. SCM Suite.

I heard that there are certain profile options which needs to be modified prior to masking the data.
Could anyone enlighten on this?
